We deeply believe in the power of our work and aim to make it accessible to everyone, therefore, if you find our prices are out of your range at this time, please reach out so we can find something that works for you and your family.
Birth Doula
Includes:
- Initial consultation
- Two to three prenatal visits
- In-person physical and emotional support during your birth
- One postpartum visit
- Unconditional support for all birthing desires
- On call two weeks prior to due date
- Unlimited phone/text support for questions and concerns
- Availability for postpartum questions as needed
Price: $1500*
If not located in Bend, Oregon, you will have to include the price of last minute airfare.
Postpartum Doula
Includes:
- Create postpartum care plan
- Basic newborn care
- Emotional support for birther’s postpartum experience
- Light housework
- Nutritious Meal Prep
Together, we create a schedule for what fits your needs as a new parent and how many hours of assistance you’re looking for during the first postpartum months. Our shifts range from 4-8 hours per day, and 2-4 visits per week.
Cost: $50/hour* – 4 hour visits
Only available in Bend, Oregon or surrounding towns, unless providing airfare and lodging.
Childbirth Education Classes
Our comprehensive Childbirth Education Class is designed to empower and prepare expectant parents for the journey of childbirth. It covers understanding the stages of labor, recognizing signs of labor, and exploring various pain management options, including natural methods and medications. You’ll learn comfort measures like breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and labor positions, along with the roles of birth partners. We also delve into medical interventions and procedures, such as inductions and cesarean sections, and provide guidance on making informed decisions. Postpartum care topics include what to expect physically and emotionally, newborn care basics, and recognizing postpartum depression.

Yoga Services
Prenatal + Postpartum Yoga
As yoga is the connection of body, mind, and spirit, many birthers have found that yoga helps them be more prepared for the birthing process, as well as reconnecting to the body during the postpartum period. We offer prenatal and postpartum yoga for birthers who are looking to deepen their connection to self. Each class is curated to the birther to meet their individual goals and desires.
Prenatal Yoga Packages:

Other Services
Placenta Encapsulation
The placenta has numerous health benefits for the birther in the postpartum period. We offer placental encapsulation to those who are looking for this service. Consumption of the placenta has many health benefits including minimizing postpartum depression, providing additional energy and increasing milk supply through its richness in hormones and iron. We provide great care and awareness in creating your placenta capsules and strive to make this a special experience for the birther during the postpartum period.

Tarot/Oracle Readings
Looking for some spiritual guidance during this time? We offer tarot card spreads and oracle card readings. You can choose which deck reading you would like from the options below:

We believe that everyone deserves care during birth and postpartum and we never want cost to inhibit a birther from receiving that support. Please reach out if you feel that a doula isn’t something you can afford but is something you want, as we want to make everyone receives the care they deserve — it is our birthright!
Oregon Health Plan
Oregon Health Plan fully covers doula services, making it easier for you to receive the support you need during this transformative time. Whether you’re preparing for childbirth or navigating the postpartum period, you can access my comprehensive doula services at no additional cost with your OHP coverage. This benefit ensures you have the support and care you deserve without financial worry.
